Join VAM Systems as a Business Development Executive and drive success in our UAE operations. We are a leading Business Consulting and IT Solutions firm with a presence in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore, and India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new clients and their needs.
- Schedule and organize business meetings with potential clients.
- Promote VAM Systems’ products and services, aligning with clients' objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenues, and invoices.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Draft sales contracts while ensuring compliance with established regulations.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Account Management within the UAE, demonstrating a proven sales track record.
- Strong knowledge of the local market to enhance sales across small, medium, and large accounts.
- Experience in IT solution sales, particularly with major public and private accounts in the UAE, is a plus.
- Prior experience in the Staffing Services or Professional Services industry would be advantageous.
- Proficient in generating business leads through various channels, including cold calling and referrals.
- Able to identify prospective clients and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with planning and organizational abilities.
- Educational Qualification: BBA/B. Com or a Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Applications.
