Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed quotas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Proficiency in CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

We are seeking a highly driven and accomplished B2B salesperson with 3-5 years of proven sales success in the creative, real estate, architecture, or studio sectors within Saudi Arabia. This critical role focuses on driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives for our innovative services, including Architecture Animations, Video Production, Television Commercials, Virtual Reality (VR) experiences, and Property Technology, along with architecture services such as design, planning, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize extensive sales expertise to spearhead business development initiatives and surpass assigned KPIs and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to craft and implement a robust sales strategy aimed at identifying, engaging, and securing new clients for our diverse service offerings.
  • Work alongside our traditional sales team, managing technical and creative demonstrations and sales calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, government agencies, construction firms, and architects to foster business development.
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas, leading efforts in revenue generation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored creative solutions.
  • Ensure smooth project handovers by coordinating closely with remote animations, production, technology, and architecture teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to video production, animation, VR, and property technology.
  • Represent Bayut at local and international industry events to expand our client base and enhance brand visibility.
