RequirementsEssential Qualifications0-2 years of experience in customer-facing sales or onboarding roles targeting US/UK/Canada markets. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken forms. Experience in product demonstrations is a plus. Strong empathy for customers and a deep understanding of their needs. Familiarity with the SAAS and subscription economy. A mindset geared towards learning and personal growth. Comfortable with proactive outreach and managing objections. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt and improvise. Business acumen with clear articulation. Detail-oriented with robust time-management skills. Willingness to work predominantly during night shifts. Workspace RequirementsA private workspace conducive to handling calls. Prepared for video calls at all times, as they are crucial for maintaining personal connections while working remotely. High-speed internet (minimum 100 MBPS for both download and upload) with wired (LAN) capabilities. Power backup for areas prone to frequent power outages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, cultivate, and execute growth opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.

  • Establish and nurture business relationships with current and prospective clients to enhance usage and client retention.

  • Analyze client requirements and provide customized solutions that meet their needs.

  • Address inquiries from potential clients, conduct follow-up calls, and respond to requests for proposals.

  • Engage in proactive outreach to new and prospective clients through outbound calls.

  • Convert free-tier users into paid customers by promoting plan upgrades to increase customer lifetime value.

  • Encourage referrals and positive feedback from clients to amplify word-of-mouth marketing.

  • Achieve or surpass targets for calls, appointments, demonstrations, and conversions/upgrades.

  • Utilize CRM software to maintain a comprehensive pipeline of leads.

  • Demonstrate our product to potential clients to evaluate product-market fit and minimize churn.

  • Work productively both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
