Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage new B2B clients within the crypto and fintech sectors, including exchanges, PSPs, OTC desks, iGaming, SaaS, and more.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to client onboarding.
- Present the company’s products, including payment solutions, API, and crypto/fiat processing.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Handle incoming leads and develop your own sales funnel.
- Gather client feedback to assist in product improvement.
- Work without the need for paperwork or billing.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of sales experience in the crypto industry (exchanges, PSPs, OTC, payment providers, etc.).
- Understanding of crypto payment infrastructure and market specifics (wallets, on/off-ramps, AML, liquidity).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Located outside of Russia.
- Willingness to travel freely within the EU for meetings and conferences.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
