Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesFormulate and implement business development strategies aimed at enhancing revenue and fostering long-term partnerships across the U. S. and North America. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the electronics, industrial, automotive, medical, energy, and IoT sectors. Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with procurement, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders. Advocate for our vertically integrated manufacturing services, including PCB production, EMS/ODM, and plastic injection molding. Oversee the entire sales lifecycle: from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and account expansion. Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and project management teams in both the U. S. and Europe to deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions. Prepare commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and compelling business cases. Represent Teltonika at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Conduct market analysis to discern trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular pipeline, forecast, and performance reports. Requirements5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the EMS, electronics manufacturing, PCB manufacturing, or industrial contract manufacturing sectors. Proven track record in complex solution selling and a deep understanding of B2B sales environments. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
