THE ROLE:

This position is a hybrid role focused on both new and existing business development, encompassing the full sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of meeting ambitious sales targets and demonstrate the ability to identify and comprehend client needs through a consultative approach, effectively aligning our products and services to those needs. A highly motivated individual, they should exhibit a commitment to exceeding expectations. The candidate will have the skills to engage new prospects while understanding the diverse range of products that can enhance these opportunities in various ways. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to establish and nurture relationships with both new prospects and existing clients. They should be an independent self-starter capable of identifying and securing business from both new and existing betting organizations within the EMEA region, requiring minimal oversight. A deep understanding of the sports betting industry, along with familiarity with technological and regulatory advancements, is expected. While a technical background is not necessary, candidates should be able to grasp our software and trading products at a high level.

The candidate must exhibit creativity in commercial arrangements and possess excellent numerical, written, and presentation skills. They will also be expected to adhere to internal sales processes, including timely updates to CRM systems and other documentation.
