Responsibilities:Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Ensure compliance with OSHAD (Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health Center). Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the KSA, specifically within the interior fit-out industry or a similar sector. In-depth knowledge of the interior fit-out, joinery, and FF&E industry, including market trends, materials, finishes, and project processes. Strong grasp of sales, business development, and marketing strategies. Familiarity with tendering, estimation, and contract negotiation processes. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, brand positioning, and corporate communications. Aware of KSA market dynamics in the fit-out sector. Exceptional sales, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences in seminars and produce compelling proposals and reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Effective marketing and digital campaign management skills. Analytical capabilities for market research and competitor analysis. Networking skills to establish and maintain client and industry relationships. Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies. Capacity to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
