Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (Jordan, remote) will drive growth for Zeal Group and Traze by building relationships and expanding our presence in the MENA region, especially among trading professionals and partners.

What You Will Do

  • Build and manage relationships with potential clients and partners interested in multi-asset trading (Gold, Oil, FX, Cryptocurrencies).
  • Onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) and support them in growing their accounts, deposits, and revenue.
  • Identify and approach established Money Managers and IBs in the MENA region.
  • Grow a portfolio by connecting with potential IBs across different sectors, both inside and outside the market.
  • Assess client trading needs and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Cross-sell to retail clients who qualify as IBs, supporting their development through the client lifecycle.
  • Stay current on market news and trends in FX, commodities, stocks, and indices.
  • Offer insights on trading strategies, options, and risk management.
  • Explain trading terminology and industry practices to clients.
  • Attend industry and company events to source new clients as directed by management.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers to address their questions and needs.
  • Create sales presentations and proposals to communicate our services.
  • Keep detailed customer records in CRM systems and log all communications.
  • Follow up on client funding, trading volume, and new account activations.

This is a remote position based in Jordan.
