Position: Business Development Manager
Reporting to: Sales Team Leader/CBDO
Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM (Monday – Friday)
Salary: Highly competitive and negotiable, commensurate with experience and existing client portfolio, with an aggressive performance-based bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships to drive business growth and expand the company’s market presence.
- Maintain and enhance existing business relationships.
- Utilize critical thinking to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Focus on sales and performance metrics.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by management to align with departmental goals.
