The ideal candidate will possess exceptional selling and negotiation abilities, confidently interact with decision-makers, and excel in a target-oriented environment.Experience in selling recruitment services, HR systems, or software solutions is a significant advantage. However, we welcome applicants from diverse B2B sectors who exhibit strong commercial acumen and a proven sales track record.This position encompasses both new business development and account management. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, exploring new markets, and serving as a trusted partner for your clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships. Occasional international travel may be required.Key Responsibilities:New Business Development:Identify and acquire new clients across various sectorsEngage in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networkingCreate new accounts and generate qualified leadsDevelop and maintain a robust sales pipelineEnter and expand into new markets, including international opportunitiesSales & Negotiation:Conduct client meetings and presentationsPrepare tailored proposals and commercial offersLead negotiations and finalize dealsManage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract executionAccount Management:Serve as the primary contact for your assigned clientsAddress client inquiries, concerns, and service-related mattersEnsure effective collaboration between clients and internal recruitment teamsFoster strong long-term partnershipsIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingMarket Expansion:Research and identify opportunities in new countries and industriesRepresent the company in meetings, events, and potential international engagementsBe willing to travel abroad when necessary
