As a Business Development Manager at EFIHR, you will spearhead the business development process, from identifying potential opportunities to validating and successfully closing deals. Your role will involve managing opportunities with the goal of maximizing our success rate. You will cultivate our existing and prospective customer base while respecting feasibility throughout our global intake process. Collaborating closely with our Marketing and Communications team, you will actively promote the OMP offering and enhance awareness of our company and solutions, highlighting the unique selling points of Unison Planning™.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the prospect pipeline from inception to closure, meticulously tracking opportunities, validating leads, and finalizing deals.
- Identifying and mapping stakeholders within prospect organizations and alliance partners.
- Fostering constructive relationships with prospective clients and their contacts.
- Crafting tailored offers, delivering pre-sales information, and aligning strategies with multi-year plans in concert with Business Development and other specialists.
- Educating prospects about OMP’s value proposition in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Addressing and overcoming concerns, questions, and challenges posed by prospective clients, including those who may be unresponsive.
- Representing OMP at commercial and networking events.
- Understanding how OMP’s products and services can effectively meet customer needs and add value across diverse business verticals.
- Managing the CRM system to ensure diligent follow-up with our accounts.
