About the Role
As a Business Development Manager at Equals Group, you will be a commercially driven and proactive professional tasked with acquiring new clients with international payment and foreign exchange needs. Your focus will be on outbound business development, where you will take the lead in building a robust pipeline, engaging key decision-makers, and transforming leads into active trading clients.
Collaborating closely with the Division Manager and the wider team, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to onboarding and facilitating the first transaction. Your contributions will be vital in accelerating early client activation, ensuring that clients start transacting quickly and deriving value for the business.
As an ambitious and target-driven individual, you will excel at prospecting, closing new business deals, and identifying cross-sell opportunities across our product suite. You will thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment, directly contributing to revenue growth while enhancing your commercial and product knowledge.
