Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development Operations & Execution
Facilitate the complete execution of business development initiatives, including onboarding partners, coordinating launches, and managing ongoing relationship operations.
Serve as the operational liaison between business development and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance).
Monitor partner deliverables, timelines, and assess post-launch performance metrics.
2. Partner Onboarding & Enablement
Oversee the onboarding processes for partners like market makers, liquidity providers, brokers, and ecosystem collaborators.
Assist with onboarding, API access, and readiness in collaboration with Compliance and Engineering teams.
Develop comprehensive onboarding documentation, partner checklists, and internal SOPs.
3. Deal & Pipeline Management
Regularly update business development pipelines, CRM systems, and deal trackers.
Support the drafting of deal summaries, commercial terms, and internal approval documentation.
Maintain accurate documentation, version control, and visibility of all business development activities.
4. Data, Reporting & Performance Tracking
Create regular business development reports detailing pipeline status, partner performance, activation metrics, and revenue indicators.
Analyze operational and commercial data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Assist management with ad-hoc analysis and dashboards related to business development initiatives.
5. Process Improvement & Scalability
Collaborate in designing, documenting, and enhancing business development operational workflows as GRVT expands.
Identify inefficiencies and propose tools, automation, or process enhancements.
Support the implementation and adoption of internal tools (CRM, dashboards, internal trackers).
