The Position
We are seeking our inaugural Business Development Representative (BDR) to enhance our enterprise pipeline. In this pivotal role, you will connect with key organizations, initiate dialogues with decision-makers, and contribute significantly to our revenue expansion.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients that match our ideal customer profile, focusing on tech and fintech companies with over 500 employees.
Utilize email, LinkedIn, phone, and community channels to initiate meaningful conversations rather than spam.
Collaborate with Account Executives to craft customized outreach campaigns and account strategies.
Manage the early phases of the sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, and handoff.
Experiment with new outreach channels and messaging to establish a repeatable outbound strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Possess 1–2 years of experience in BDR/SDR or growth-oriented roles within the SaaS industry.
Enjoy experimenting and iterating quickly, prioritizing results over strict playbooks.
Demonstrate clear and curious communication skills.
Be proficient with tools such as HubSpot, Amplemarket, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
