Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to enhance our rapidly growing remote sales team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, engaging potential clients, and generating qualified leads to fuel revenue expansion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers in target organizations.
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads to evaluate their fit and intent to purchase.
- Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and current records in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Perform market research to uncover new opportunities and target segments.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet or surpass KPIs related to outreach, meetings, and pipeline development.
