Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Maxima, you will be instrumental in driving our growth. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities, executing outreach efforts across various channels, and establishing a robust pipeline to support our Account Executives.
This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who flourishes in a rapidly evolving environment and is eager to build a strong foundation in enterprise SaaS sales. You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify high-potential prospects and connect finance leaders with our transformative AI accounting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media to build a qualified pipeline.
- Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and the suitability of Maxima’s solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions and progress of qualified leads through the sales funnel.
- Market Research: Stay updated on accounting automation and AI trends to enhance prospect targeting.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing team on outbound campaigns, events, and targeted initiatives to generate interest and brand awareness.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to team development by experimenting with new messaging, tools, and strategies for improved conversion rates.
