Join our dynamic team as a B2B Appointment Setter, where you will play a critical role in enhancing our outbound sales initiatives. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging potential clients through cold calling and email outreach with the objective of scheduling valuable meetings for our senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients across diverse industries, aiming to introduce our services, identify their needs, and generate interest for consultations.
- Implement targeted cold email campaigns, developing and dispatching strategic emails to complement phone outreach. Follow up promptly to nurture leads, provide additional details, and confirm appointments.
- Utilize Apollo CRM for effective lead management, maintaining detailed records of outreach activities, contact outcomes, and follow-up schedules to ensure organized performance tracking.
- Engage with decision-makers in key sectors such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, and retail, addressing their business challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can meet their needs.
- Qualify leads and secure appointments for senior sales representatives by assessing interest levels and fit with our offerings, ensuring they meet our qualification criteria.
- Maintain accurate records by documenting all outreach activities, call summaries, and client information in the CRM, while monitoring personal performance metrics and reporting progress to supervisors.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoffs, sharing insights from conversations to enhance overall sales strategies.
