Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to engage B2B prospects.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate leads via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team to ensure a robust pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls to gauge client needs and identify pain points.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition sales-ready leads smoothly.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to monitor and manage lead activities.
- Employ creative follow-up strategies to enhance contact-to-meeting conversion rates.
- Continuously refine outreach techniques based on performance feedback.
