Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo). Resilience in handling rejection and achieving KPIs. Goal-oriented, proactive, and highly receptive to coaching. Familiarity with SaaS, tech, or agency sales is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to engage B2B prospects.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate leads via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team to ensure a robust pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls to gauge client needs and identify pain points.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition sales-ready leads smoothly.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to monitor and manage lead activities.
  • Employ creative follow-up strategies to enhance contact-to-meeting conversion rates.
  • Continuously refine outreach techniques based on performance feedback.
