As a member of our founding team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting companies to our sales pipeline through personalized and effective outreach, while actively participating in customer solution development.What Will You Achieve?Generate high-potential qualified opportunities across various industries, contributing to optimizing accounts receivable processes for potential clients.Engage consultatively with prospects, aligning real business challenges with Toku’s innovative solutions.Collaborate closely with Account Executives, meeting weekly to review, evolve, and prioritize generated opportunities.Plan, execute, test, learn, and refine weekly prospecting strategies by industry, persona, and channel to maximize impact and conversion (including email, LinkedIn, personalized calls, etc.).Actively participate in client-facing interactions, including events, fairs, in-person meetings, and relationship-building initiatives, aimed at pipeline generation, market learning, and strengthening Toku’s brand presence.What We Need From You3+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a proven track record in generating qualified pipelines and a solid understanding of sales techniques and qualification methods (SPIN, BANT, etc.).Analytical thinking and structured curiosity: Ability to understand market dynamics and how industries and companies operate.Autonomy and proactivity in seeking knowledge, including tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.), payments market, and target industries.Strong results orientation, with a critical understanding of metrics such as conversion rates, opportunity quality, adherence to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and sales team feedback.Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment and international expansion, quickly adjusting approaches based on client needs and market learnings.Discipline and consistency, with the ability to maintain a high level of execution over time without losing strategic focus.
