Unframe seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the sales team in a remote role based in Berlin. The main focus is to identify and develop new business through outbound prospecting. Acting as the first point of contact for potential enterprise clients, the BDR plays a key part in generating qualified leads and supporting company growth.
What you will do
- Identify and engage enterprise leads through cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Research target accounts and customize outreach to reach decision-makers.
- Document activities in the CRM and refine messaging based on feedback and results.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of outbound sales experience as a BDR or SDR, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability with cold outreach and prospecting.
- Fluency in English, plus working knowledge of German, Dutch, French, Spanish, or Italian.
- Familiarity with Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.
- Experience in AI, data, or enterprise technology sales is a plus.
