This role is aimed at targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a workforce of 100 or more employees, especially those looking for enhanced supply chain resilience or innovative product development partners. By cultivating a robust sales pipeline, you will contribute to ensuring a consistent stream of clients for our operations in both China and Thailand.
As a Business Development Representative, your proactive strategies will include:
- Identifying and connecting with SMEs in sectors that align with our manufacturing capabilities.
- Utilizing personalized outreach methods such as cold emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn communications.
- Building credibility through engaging content and case studies that showcase our expertise.
- Collaborating with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to scale our outreach efforts effectively.
Target Market Focus:
U. S.-Based SMEs:
- Targeting companies that export to the U. S. and are interested in outsourcing mid-scale projects to our Thai facility, with potential for future expansion into more complex products as the facility develops.
International Clients:
- Focusing on global companies exporting beyond the U. S. that require sophisticated manufacturing solutions from our Chinese facility.
Industry Segments:
- Engaging industries such as consumer electronics, fitness equipment, industrial components, and any sectors in need of dependable supply chain solutions and innovative manufacturing partnerships.
Target Decision Makers:
- Focusing outreach efforts on supply chain managers, engineering leads, operations directors, and CEOs to ensure we connect with key stakeholders.
