Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Initiate contact through cold calling and enhance outreach using emails, texts, LinkedIn, and other channels. Research and pinpoint 3–5 decision-makers for each target account utilizing tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn. Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in HubSpot CRM. Schedule discovery calls for the founder and eventually lead your own Zoom meetings, managing the full sales cycle. Consistently follow up with leads in accordance with agreed-upon cadences. Assist the founder with follow-ups for warm prospects. Communicate proactively, asking clarifying questions and responding promptly to inquiries. Demonstrate the ability to work independently while navigating challenges with limited supervision. Requirements:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (mandatory). Previous sales experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with the healthcare sector is a plus. Proficient with technology, displaying a proactive, persistent, and personable approach. Able to work autonomously with minimal guidance. High level of integrity and professionalism. Reliable remote work setup: computer, headset, quiet workspace, and stable internet connection.
