We are actively seeking a Business Development Representative to enhance our DACH Sales team, drive our expansion efforts, and play a pivotal role in our business development initiatives. This position will be responsible for sales and customer relationship management within a designated region.

Goals:

  • Contribute significantly to the company’s growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Act as the company’s representative through professional communication with small and medium enterprises in sectors such as mechanical engineering, robotics, infrastructure, furniture manufacturing, and others.
  • Utilize learned expertise to ensure high customer satisfaction regarding our services.
  • Achieve personal performance targets through acquired opportunities and assigned customer pools to unlock new potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enrich the customer base through proactive acquisition and inbound leads.
  • Meet established sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming requests.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers via calls, emails, online meetings, and messaging platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and high-quality usage of the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Assist customers in navigating their accounts, submitting requests, and placing orders.
  • Manage and oversee payments.
