Goals:Drive the company’s robust growth by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring a consistent sales pipeline. Act as a representative of the company to clients through expert communication with small and medium-sized enterprises across various sectors, including mechanical engineering, robotics, infrastructure, and furniture manufacturing. Leverage expertise in customer interaction to deliver a high level of service satisfaction. Achieve personal performance metrics with own leads and designated customer pools to unlock further opportunities. Responsibilities:Expand and nurture a regular customer base through proactive outreach and responding to inbound leads. Meet and exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators. Respond to incoming requests promptly and with exceptional quality. Maintain effective communication with clients through calls, emails, online meetings, and messaging platforms. Ensure meticulous and high-quality management of the CRM system (Salesforce). Support clients in utilizing their accounts, submitting requests, and placing orders. Oversee and manage payment processes.
