1–2 years’ experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role. Exceptional written communication skills, with the capacity to respond promptly and clearly (primarily via Slack). Adept at managing multiple clients and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, organized, and capable of identifying and resolving issues before they escalate. Understanding of technical concepts such as email deliverability, DNS, and integrations. Confident in working remotely with the ability to manage responsibilities independently. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cold email platforms (e.g., Smartlead, Instantly, Bison, Lemlist). Familiarity with email infrastructure (Google Workspace, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, Cloudflare). Experience in agency settings or B2B sales environments. Experience managing high-volume client portfolios.
