Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential businesses that can benefit from our comprehensive services.
- Conduct 60-75 outbound prospecting calls daily.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our external sales team.
- Manage and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring all interactions, records, and appointments are accurately logged.
- Prepare detailed reports on activity and lead generation metrics as directed by management.
- Achieve or surpass monthly lead generation targets to drive revenue growth.
- Send follow-up communications, including thank you notes and relevant City Wide information to prospects.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
- Engage in our training program with potential career advancement into outside sales.
