Join Our Team as a Business Development Specialist!
Are you eager to kickstart your career in tech sales or enhance your outbound sales experience? Innovative Solutions, a rapidly expanding cloud and AI consulting firm, is on the lookout for motivated individuals to join our sales team at our Boca Raton headquarters.
This is not a call center position; you will be integral to a high-performing sales team within a dynamic, technology-driven environment, working closely with leadership and gaining insight into enterprise sales.
We offer comprehensive training, mentorship from industry-leading revenue professionals, and a well-defined career progression. Many of our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) see promotions within just 12–18 months based on their performance.
Your Responsibilities:
· Prospect and build a robust sales pipeline
· Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, VP Engineering, etc.)
· Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to targeted accounts
· Research and personalize messaging for potential clients
· Qualify leads by identifying business needs, budget, and timelines
· Arrange meetings for senior sales and technical teams
· Enhance your sales expertise
· Tailor messaging for various personas and industries
· Master consultative questioning techniques
· Shadow top sales performers for ongoing coaching
· Collaborate with technical specialists to gain insights into AI and AWS solutions
