Join Squadio23 as a Business Development Specialist - Deal Closer, where you will spearhead the acquisition of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from our Lead Generation team. Your role will involve conducting in-depth discovery sessions, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals with clients in the IT sectors of KSA and the GCC. You will be pivotal in achieving monthly revenue targets, ensuring quality client acquisition, and maintaining robust gross margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from the Lead Generation team.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to assess client IT talent needs.
  • Create and present customized proposals that align Squadio’s IT talent solutions with client specifications.
  • Lead negotiations to secure lucrative contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline stages in the CRM (SQL → Opportunity → Proposal → Closed).
  • Collaborate with leadership on high-value and strategic opportunities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to Lead Generators regarding lead quality and market trends.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to enhance messaging and client engagement strategies.
  • Ensure all deals achieve or exceed a 20% gross margin threshold.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT staffing, outsourcing, or SaaS.
  • Proven success in closing deals with enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of IT hiring trends and technical roles (such as developers, cloud engineers, cybersecurity professionals, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Arabic is a notable advantage for the KSA market.
  • Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
