The selected candidate will be tasked with evaluating opportunities, managing leads effectively using the Siebel CRM system, and facilitating a smooth transition to the sales team for successful conversions. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to broaden geographic outreach, bolster brand visibility, and support strategic growth initiatives. This position offers significant visibility and a chance to directly influence business growth and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads using platforms such as Timetric, Projects Today, Tender Tiger, and more.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, identify key decision-makers, and establish early-stage engagement through various channels.
- Create, maintain, and regularly update a robust database of prospects within the designated territory.
- Assess leads based on technical viability, customer needs, and business potential prior to passing them to the sales team.
- Document, monitor, and manage all leads in Siebel CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Guarantee appropriate lead distribution and follow up with sales engineers to track conversion progress.
- Identify new business prospects, unexplored markets, and emerging industry segments.
- Assist sales teams in expanding geographic outreach and reinforcing presence in SMA markets.
- Work closely with the Marketing team for campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, and digital lead generation efforts.
- Organize customer engagement initiatives like cluster meetings, technical seminars, and product presentations.
- Compile regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and develop service opportunities within existing and competitor-installed bases.
- Collaborate with service operations, modernization, and parts teams for opportunity conversion.
