The Role
Nebius is in search of a Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance and support our HR and Finance analytics ecosystem. With an already established dashboard infrastructure, this position aims to boost adoption rates, refine existing dashboards, and craft new analytical solutions in response to evolving business requirements. You will work closely with the HR, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Finance teams to ensure that dashboards are reliable, widely utilized, and aligned with strategic decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining and improving Tableau dashboards, refining data sources and models, and assisting stakeholders in translating business inquiries into scalable BI solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Dashboard Ownership and Development: Oversee and evolve the existing suite of HR and Finance dashboards in Tableau, enhancing usability, performance, and data accuracy while ensuring compliance with metric definitions and BI standards.
- Dashboard Adoption and Enablement: Foster the adoption of BI tools by guiding stakeholders to effectively understand and utilize dashboards. Provide demonstrations, documentation, and support to facilitate self-service analytics.
- New Analytics Development: Identify reporting gaps and construct new dashboards and analytical perspectives that support the evolving needs of the business.
