We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing extensive customer data sets through various database querying and visualization tools. You will deploy analytical models across multiple self-service reporting systems and collaborate with our National Data Warehouse team to facilitate the migration of ETL processes, tables, and data into the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
In this role, you will manage new data requests in partnership with business owners to define business rules and translate these into actionable, data-driven insights that align with leadership objectives. You will also conduct ad hoc analyses to address operational challenges and support business case development.
Your expertise in extracting, integrating, and analyzing critical customer data will be essential, as will your ability to compile and verify daily, weekly, and monthly executive reports focused on customer metrics. Additionally, you will design and develop key performance metrics and indicators using both standardized and custom reports.
To succeed, you should develop a comprehensive understanding of both XH and Enterprise Data Warehouses, enabling you to interpret the data effectively. Collaboration with XH leadership will be a key component of your responsibilities.
