After working with People X for over a year, you will transition to employment with the client, along with a salary increase.

As a key player in utilizing and optimizing various processes and systems within an organization, you will help navigate rapid technological advancements. With the swift rise in automation and the growing use of SaaS (Software as a Service) and Cloud solutions, aligning Business and Technology becomes increasingly crucial. By optimizing business processes and systems, we can enhance organizational performance. You will act as a bridge, translating business needs into IT solutions and vice versa, this is the essence of a Business IT professional.

Your responsibilities as a Business IT professional will be diverse, including:

Coordinating processes between the organization, IT, and suppliers, while maintaining effective communication;
Advising and supporting users to ensure systems are functioning optimally and are user-friendly;
Ensuring system availability and implementing necessary improvements;
Participating in projects, such as implementing new systems or large-scale improvement initiatives;
Training and educating users through steering groups (key users).
