We are seeking a Business Management & Operations Oversight Manager to drive operational initiatives, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and support business scaling across multiple markets.

Your Core Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive business management support for trading operations.
Lead the initiation and coordination of operational process reviews and enhancements across trading support functions.
Work closely with teams in Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Finance to identify process gaps, bolster controls, and implement workflow improvements and documentation updates.
Facilitate operational readiness for new markets, products, and system adaptations.
Monitor and address operational incidents and issues, ensuring timely remediation while escalating significant matters as necessary.
Assist in governance forums and support various business oversight initiatives, operational assessments, and change management projects.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects, data analysis, and business reporting as required.
