Key Accountabilities
- Report to the Area Manager; you'll create and elevate the Charlotte Tilbury brand experience by exceeding KPIs and inspiring your team to reach their full potential.
- Become a pioneer in customer experience; your goal is to transform customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors by offering them the true magic of our spellbinding products through exemplary sales and service.
- Act as a mentor and coach, nurturing your team to achieve greatness through hands-on training, coaching, and continuous support.
- Foster collaboration and innovation, influencing and building enduring relationships across retail and head office functions.
