Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the branch within the region are met effectively.
- Oversee branch operations in the area by managing human resources and ensuring operational compliance.
- Facilitate the successful expansion of designated areas as set forth by Amartha.
- Maintain the quality of the portfolio in alignment with Amartha's goals and ensure branch audit results meet management expectations.
- Promote transparency and openness within the branch.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of a Diploma III.
- Proven experience in managing branch operations.
- Leadership experience with a team of 5-10 members.
- At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager or Leader, preferably in Grameen Bank or similar microfinance institutions.
- Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies collaboratively to meet targets.
- Possess a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C.
- Willingness to be placed in Amartha's operational areas in North Sumatra.
