- Ensuring the growth and quality of our portfolio aligns with the goals set by Amartha.
- Facilitating optimal staff performance through capacity development planning, work monitoring, and effective conflict management.
- Overseeing the recruitment process, service delivery, and partner support in accordance with SOPs to maintain partner satisfaction.
- Responsible for the evaluation, validation, and approval of financing applications based on SOPs, credit ratings, and partner eligibility.
- Maximizing branch repayment rates.
- Managing overall operational strategies, including expansion, financing, recruitment, service delivery, and partner support.
- Overseeing all administrative functions of the branch office.
- Ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures in the branch office.
