Join my client's rapidly growing boutique guest house business as a Business Manager. With two stunning properties, including a 12-bedroom Boutique Guest House in the Isle of Man and a 5-bedroom Villa in Palma Mallorca, they are poised for significant expansion in the coming years.
As the Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial operations of both properties. Your responsibilities will encompass:
1. Marketing
Provide insights on enhancing the current product offerings and identify optimal marketing channels including Booking.com, Airbnb, and third-party event organizers.
2. Reservations Management
Handle all reservation communications and resolve any arising issues efficiently.
3. Procurement
Oversee sourcing of products and manage delivery logistics.
4. Maintenance and Cleaning Coordination
Lead the coordination of maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure high standards are met.
This position is ideal for a proactive and ambitious individual seeking a role with substantial autonomy and a diverse range of responsibilities. The perfect candidate will possess a degree in hospitality and have 3 to 7 years of managerial experience in the hotel industry, with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.
We are looking for someone who is organized, self-assured, and an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
This role can be based in either the Isle of Man or the UK, with a preference for Liverpool or Manchester.
