- Ensuring the growth and quality of the portfolio aligns with Amartha's objectives.
- Leading staff performance through capacity development planning, work monitoring, and conflict management.
- Overseeing recruitment processes and partner services to comply with established SOPs, ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Evaluating, validating, and approving financing requests in accordance with SOPs and credit ratings.
- Optimizing branch repayment rates.
- Strategizing overall field operations, including expansion, financing recruitment, and partner support.
- Managing all administrative aspects of the branch office.
- Ensuring smooth operational compliance with office policies and procedures.
