Amartha is seeking an experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to lead and supervise our branch operations in Arosbaya. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficiency of business operations while setting strategic goals for the future. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing guidance for performance improvement, integrating our company's vision and culture into day-to-day operations. Our aim is to guarantee the profitability of our activities to foster sustainable development and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor the performance of the marketing/business partner team to ensure they meet established targets.
  • Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to achieve set objectives.
  • Manage business processes including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both administrative tasks and field operations.
  • Maintain quality and quantity of the branch/point portfolio.
  • Ensure team cohesion and effectively manage internal conflicts in accordance with company regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Diploma education level.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team.
  • Experience leading teams of 5-10 members or more.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (preferably with Grameen Financial Systems).
  • Able to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets collaboratively with the team.
  • Possess a motorcycle and valid SIM C driving license.
  • Willing to be stationed in Arosbaya.
