In this role, you will spearhead strategic and operational initiatives across Hypersonica. Collaborating cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, programs, public affairs, HR, IT, finance, and administrative teams, you will facilitate seamless daily operations and scalable internal processes.

This position is ideal for a structured, proactive individual who is comfortable managing analytical projects alongside essential operational tasks, including scheduling, documentation, workflow coordination, and process organization.

A significant aspect of your responsibilities will involve managing the AS9100 certification project, ensuring documentation preparedness, cross-team collaboration, and successful audit readiness. You will also lead the deployment of cross-functional software tools, platforms, and operational workflows, contributing to the foundational infrastructure required for a rapidly growing aerospace organization.
