Your Roadmap for Success

First 3 Months: Immerse yourself in our business performance metrics and ongoing strategic initiatives. Build relationships with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, and Clinical teams, taking charge of a key workstream in a strategic project (e.g., new market pilot or operational audit).
First 6 Months: Propel execution on vital cross-functional initiatives, such as piloting a new product or scaling a revenue strategy. Develop comprehensive dashboards to track business performance KPIs while identifying opportunities for operational enhancements.
First 12 Months: Take ownership of the strategic and operational roadmap for a key business area. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing data-driven insights that shape our annual planning and long-term strategy.
