Your Key Responsibilities:Monitor revenue, market share, and profitability against business objectives and OKRs. Design and maintain dashboards (using Tableau) to track real-time business performance. Identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities, and suggest actionable recommendations. Analyze customer behavior, pricing trends, and willingness to pay. Conduct competitive benchmarking across pricing, offerings, and cost structures. Assess ROI of pricing strategies, promotions, and commercial initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and BI teams to enhance profitability. Deliver insights and promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

We invite you to apply for the position of Business Performance & Pricing Analyst within our Commercial Strategy & Performance team in the API Business Unit, located in Poland. Your role will bridge commercial analysis, pricing intelligence, and business performance monitoring.

In this capacity, you will track and analyze the performance of our API products, derive actionable insights, and assist in shaping and implementing our pricing strategy. Your insights will play a crucial role in enhancing and safeguarding the profitability of our APIs, ultimately contributing to Vonage’s revenue and margin growth targets. You will collaborate closely with Pricing Managers, the Business Performance team, Sales, Product, and Finance stakeholders, serving as a vital analytical partner across the organization.

This position is offered as an 8-month fixed-term contract.
