About the Opportunity
As a Business Process Analyst (BPA) within our Core Product group at Salsify, you will work closely with our Core teams to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for reactive and inbound issues. The Core Group is dedicated to maintaining the reliability of our foundational systems, necessitating the BPA to develop a robust understanding of the relevant platform areas.
