Role Overview
Ripple is hiring a Business Recruiter for a 12-month contract based in San Francisco, CA. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle to support Ripple’s growth in digital asset infrastructure for financial institutions. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition leader to shape and execute hiring strategies.
What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance, for a range of business roles.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies in partnership with hiring managers to meet organizational goals.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout each stage.
- Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
- Lead intake meetings, coordinate interview team kick-offs, and facilitate candidate debriefs.
- Provide weekly recruitment progress updates to hiring managers and senior leadership.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on business roles.
- Background in both agency and in-house startup recruiting is preferred.
- Demonstrated strength in sourcing and converting passive candidates into hires.
