WHO YOU ARE:
We are on the lookout for a strategic and business-oriented Business Solutions Architect who will play an integral role in aligning our business objectives with our product solutions. This position is vital for crafting innovative, scalable solutions that facilitate significant outcomes for our clients through our platform. You will collaborate across various departments, including product development, engineering, sales, customer success, and client relations, to shape transformative solutions, acting as both a visionary leader and a crucial execution partner.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design comprehensive solutions that integrate our product capabilities with customer business processes, data flows, and third-party systems.
  • Act as a strategic consultant during client engagements, advising on optimal solution designs, product configurations, and implementation strategies.
  • Convert abstract business needs into functional product-driven designs and technical blueprints.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize the roadmap based on client requirements and market trends.
  • Work closely with Client functions and internal teams to develop compelling solution narratives and strategies for product demonstrations, including product launch initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Engineering to ensure technical viability and product compatibility for complex solution designs.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and in-depth technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Examine and model customer business processes to identify improvement opportunities and demonstrate how our product suite can deliver tangible value.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, providing insights that influence product development.
  • Establish and advocate for architectural standards, reusable patterns, and best practices across all engagements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including solution design artifacts, integration specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities to guide product innovation.
