Role Overview
The Business Support Analyst – Client Focus will play a crucial role in assisting various teams with the implementation and management of client initiatives and incidents. This position is vital for ensuring the smooth and controlled delivery of all changes through the Release Management process, while upholding high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and key personnel.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing client expectations and requests.
- Oversee client meetings related to deliverables or incidents.
- Handle client requests in a timely and cost-effective manner, adhering to client SLAs.
- Take ownership of the progress and resolution of assigned support issues.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to gather requirements for change requests.
- Serve as a functional reference and mentor for team members.
In this capacity, the analyst guarantees that clients receive exceptional service with minimal escalations, acting as a trusted liaison between the client and the broader teams. All tasks must be executed efficiently, focusing on meeting client expectations and contractual obligations.
