Role Overview
The Finance Systems and Solutions (FINSS) team is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle, governance, and advancement of technology systems that empower Finance across Instacart. We collaborate closely with Finance leadership to ensure that our systems are not merely operational tools but strategic assets that drive insights, control, and growth.
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst II (L4) to assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of Order to Cash (O2C) system solutions utilizing Oracle Cloud ERP and related platforms. This role will involve collaboration on projects spanning Billing, Credit & Collections, and Customer Data Management (CDM), engaging with teams across Finance, Accounting, Sales/Operations, IT, Product, and Engineering.
As a vital member of the Financial Systems team, you will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, support testing and deployment efforts, and work alongside support teams to resolve issues and enhance system capabilities. This position is perfect for someone eager to deepen their understanding of O2C systems while playing a key role in impactful enterprise initiatives.
