We are in search of C# coding specialists who possess a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming, all executed proficiently in C#. You will engage with advanced language models on intricate topics such as asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems, thoroughly documenting each failure mode to strengthen model reasoning.
On a typical day, you will interact with the model on software engineering challenges and technical scenarios using C#, validate logical accuracy and coding fluency, evaluate code quality and clarity, capture reproducible error traces, and propose enhancements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related field is desirable; hands-on C# experience, technical writing, or contributions to open-source projects will demonstrate your suitability. Effective communication, illustrating your thought process, is crucial.

The compensation for this role ranges from $8 to $65 per hour, with the specific rate determined based on your experience, expertise, and location.
