We are currently seeking a passionate C2 Education & Content Specialist to enhance how operators engage with our command and control platform. This role is deeply integrated and hands-on, requiring an individual who can simplify complex real-world system behaviors into clear, user-friendly training experiences. Your responsibilities will span creating quick start guides, operator manuals, scenario-based tutorials, and demo narratives. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and flight operators, observing system usage in real-time environments to translate insights into content that is both technically sound and immediately applicable in the field. Your role will bridge product development, training, and storytelling, and your ability to empathize with operators and communicate with clarity will significantly influence how our systems are taught, utilized, and trusted.
